Who created ZING Activ Digital?
ZING Activ Digital is powered by ZING Activ, Australia's leading provider of sport, dance and wellbeing lessons in Australian primary schools.
ZING Activ Digital is a collection of our favourite games and brain breaks that we have been teaching in schools for 25 years. Our new on-demand content platform brings entertaining, curriculum-aligned wellbeing, fitness and learning videos directly to classrooms.

Which schools can access ZING Activ Digital?
Lessons and content are designed to support teachers in all K-6 primary schools.
Setting up your school account
Whether you are a school, teacher, or parent, you create your ZING Activ Digital account the same way.
To create your account, follow these steps:
Go to zingactivdigital.com
Click Sign up in the top right-hand corner, or select the red ‘GET STARTED’ button from the left hand image on the screen.
Create an Account
Enter your account details, and agree to any terms & conditions.
Press Continue to create the account
Complete the Purchase - you will be prompted to enter payment information to finalize their subscription.
Verify your account - You will also see a banner prompting you to verify your email address. This email is not sent automatically, and they will need to click on Send Verification email.
If you entered the incorrect email address when signing up, you can simply click on the "Can't find the email button" and change your email address:
Once your account is created, you can add teachers to your subscription. The Group manager distributes a unique invitation link to members. Members join by clicking the link and entering their name and email.
Alternatively, If your school requires an invoice, please email us at admin@zingactiv.com with your school name and desired plan, and we'll process your order manually.
How do I get started using ZING Activ digital as a teacher?
Your School’s Group admin will send you a link to your school email, giving you access to join the subscription. Members then join by clicking the link and entering their name and email.
Alternatively, if ZING Activ has manually added you to a group, please ask your school for login details.
How do I sign in if I'm already part of a group subscription?
You will need to go to the ZING Activ Digital home page
On the top right corner you will see a button to sign in.
You will then add in your email, and choose the second option to sign in with password, and sign in.
You are then signed in, and free to to explore the catalog
What is included in your subscription plan?
Access to all our Dance, Wellbeing, Sport content, including games, brain breaks, and breathing activities.
You will also have access to our Premium content & Live Events, at an extra cost.
How do I purchase Premium Content and/or Live Events?
You will find Live Events & Premium Content on the ZAD Menu bar

Can I purchase Premium Content and/or Live Events without having a ZING Activ Digital All Access pass membership?
Yes. You can purchase Premium Content and/or Live Events without having to join our All access pass subscription.
If I purchase premium content and/or live events, do all members in my school subscription have access to that content?
Yes! When a school purchases premium content or live events, all teachers attached to that school membership have access to that content.
Is there a limit to the number of teachers I can have on one School Subscription?
There is no limit to the number of members you can add to your School subscription.
Will ZING Activ Digital content be updated?
Absolutely!
Every school term new content is added.
Our intention is to become the only portal schools need to quickly access sport, dance and wellbeing lessons and content for their classroom.
How do I remove a member from my subscription?
The group admin must go to the link they created for their member, and manually refresh their link. That way, they no longer have access to the their account.
Can I be notified when new content is available?
Yes. New content appears under our ‘JUST RELEASED’ category on our catalog page.
How long are the videos?
Student-facing content: 3–6 minutes
Teacher PD videos: 3:30–5:30 minutes
This allows for flexible integration into busy school days — use them as brain breaks, lesson transitions, or dedicated SEL time.
Is ZING Activ Digital SRS Compliant?
Yes! Your subscription is 100% government funded. Funding is automatically allocated to all schools - there is no application process required.

How to use ZING Activ Digital’s wireless headphones to watch our content?
To enhance the ZING Activ Digital experience, schools can connect our wireless headphones to any smartboard, tablet, or computer streaming ZING Activ Digital content. Simply pair the headphones via Bluetooth or plug in the transmitter (depending on your model) to the device playing your content, whether it’s a movement session, mindfulness activity, or digital storytime. The headphones create a focused, immersive audio environment that helps students stay engaged and reduces classroom noise. Ideal for use in reading groups, wellbeing hubs, or whole-class sessions, they support both student learning and teacher wellbeing by making lessons clearer, calmer, and more enjoyable.
Can I watch on my mobile phone?
Yes. ZING Activ Digital is available on both mobile and web.
How long will my school have access?
Access is for 12 months from when a school joins.
Can I cancel any time?
Want to cancel your ZING Activ Digital subscription? Just follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard.
Click on Purchases.
Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.
Click End Membership under the active plan.
Confirm the cancellation when the pop-up appears by clicking End Membership.
Once these steps are completed, the subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged in the future.
Note:
- Make sure to cancel before the renewal date, if you cancel on the renewal date you may have already been charged based on timing.
- You will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your billing period.
How do I change or reset my password?
Change Password: Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile at the top right. Select Dashboard. Under Private Info, click on Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password. Click Save Changes.
Password Reset: On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking
Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Under Payment Method, click on Change Payment Method to update your billing information.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid.
