FAQ’s for schools looking to subscribe to ZING Digital

FAQ’s for support (existing ZING Digital subscribers)

If you’re having trouble logging in or accessing your account, please double-check that you’re using the correct email address and password. If the issue persists, try resetting your password (see below) or contact our support team at admin@zingactiv.com for assistance.

  1. Go to the Zing Activ homepage.
  2. On the top right-hand corner of the menu bar, you’ll find the Sign In button.
  3. Click there and enter your registered email address and password to access your account.

If your coordinator has purchased Premium Content, all teachers linked to your school account will automatically have access.
To view it:

  1. Go to the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. Click the hamburger menu (☰).
  3. Select My Library from the dropdown menu.
  4. You’ll find all Premium Content available there.

Yes. An active internet connection is required to use the Zing Activ Digital platform. You’ll need to be online to stream content, and downloading videos for offline use is not currently supported.

Alternatively, if ZING Activ has manually added you to a group, please ask your school for login details.
